Production line
In order to meet various production needs, ranging from small to economic lot size production, we have vacuum emulsion tanks with capacities from 75L to 1,000L; we have open tanks with capacities from 650L to 5,000L. These enable us to produce the lot size the customer wants.

Training for Plant Workers
The lead worker on each line is required to participate in seminars on safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and to be constantly on the lookout for new technology or systems that might be worth adopting.

To help enhance quality, we create SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) and make sure that each process is double-checked. To keep providing high-quality products requires us to catch every customer voice, no matter how quiet. Our efforts toward improvement continue until each customer is fully satisfied.
